Since the late 19th century, in Monforte del Cid, this Alicante-based distillery has turned perseverance into a virtue and tradition into a tool for continuing to move forward, adapting to changing times. Founded in 1895, Salas’s history cannot be explained as a succession of isolated milestones, but rather as an exercise in continuity.
