MONFORTE DEL CID DISTILLERY ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Shopping basket terms and conditions
Due to logistics and delivery arrangements, your basket must contain at least 3 bottles in order to process your order. They do not all need to be the same product. If you include a 3-litre container, this restriction does not apply. If you wish to collect your order from our premises, this restriction does not apply; please contact us.
There is no minimum order quantity for 3-litre containers or miniatures.
2. Price and payment methods
All prices shown on the website are per unit of the selected product, unless it is stated that the product is a pack. Prices are shown in euros (the only currency accepted), including VAT. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer or credit card. Once you have selected your products, you can start the purchase process with a single click. DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID guarantees the purchase price at the time of placing your order; there will be no difference between the order and the final invoice, which you can pay via our payment systems (bank transfer, PayPal or credit card) according to your preference.
Instructions for each payment method will be explained in detail during the checkout process for each order. In the case of payments made by bank transfer, the dispatch process will not begin until the payment has been verified.
For orders paid by bank transfer, if payment has not been received within one week of the order being placed, the order will be deemed cancelled.
3. Delivery and Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are payable by the buyer. We offer a flat-rate delivery charge of €4.90 (including VAT), regardless of the weight of the products or the delivery address, provided it is within the permitted areas. If the purchase total exceeds €99, delivery is completely free of charge.
You can also collect your order in person from our premises in Monforte del Cid, Alicante.
We deliver to mainland Spain, but please feel free to contact us to discuss other destinations.
Once the user has completed the purchase process, they will be notified of the total amount to be paid. DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID will check the availability of all the products you have selected, and should we be unable to supply any of them, you will be notified personally. As a general rule, we keep our online stock levels up to date to prevent such situations from arising.
- All purchases will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.
- Delivery costs are payable by the customer and are calculated on the basis of weight.
- The delivery charge (SHIPPING) is calculated automatically when you place your order.
4. Returns and replacements
The customer may return the product in the following cases:
- If you notice any damage to the packaging that may affect the quality of the products, you must inform the carrier and have this noted on the delivery note.
- If the order received differs from the order placed.
- If the order received contains a different quantity to that specified in the order placed.
In the event of any delivery issues, or if the customer wishes to make a return, the notification period is seven calendar days from receipt of the product. To do so, please contact us via the website. The collection of the product will be arranged by DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID.
A refund for the purchase will be issued, in all cases, once we have checked, upon receipt of the items at our warehouse, that they are unused and in their original packaging. The amount refunded will be the purchase price; delivery costs are payable by the customer.
5. Update account details and track orders
On your account dashboard, you can view your recent activity as a customer at DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID, update your account details and track your current orders.
6. Personal Data Protection Policy
For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID hereby informs the User of the existence of an automated personal data file created using the data obtained in the shop by and for DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID and under its responsibility, for the purposes of providing information on and marketing the products offered on the Website, as well as carrying out promotional and advertising activities that may be of interest to you, to expand and improve our Products, tailoring our offers to your preferences or needs, and to enable a personalised browsing experience.
The user expressly consents to the inclusion of data collected whilst browsing the Website, or provided by completing any form, as well as data arising from the commercial relationship and/or the delivery of purchased products, in the automated personal data file referred to in the first paragraph. During the data collection process, the User will be informed whether or not the provision of such data is mandatory for the delivery of the Products, except in the case of placing orders, in which case DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID hereby informs the User that this will not be considered voluntary, and therefore it will be necessary to provide such data in order to finalise the purchase order, including details of identity, address and credit card number to make the payment, as this information is required for the formalisation and completion of the sale.
With regard to the data collected in the manner set out in the previous paragraph, the User may exercise the rights recognised in Organic Law 15/1999, and in particular the rights of access, rectification or erasure of data and the right to object, where applicable, as well as the right to withdraw consent for the transfer of their data. DESTILERIAS MONFORTE DEL CID undertakes, in the use of the data contained in the file, to respect its confidentiality and to use it in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to fulfil its obligation to safeguard it and to take all necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures for Automated Files containing Personal Data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 July.
